How does ClickVow work?+
You tell us about your wedding, we generate a QR code, and your guests scan it to upload photos to your private gallery. You download everything from your dashboard.
How do guests upload photos?+
They scan the QR code with their phone camera, pick photos from their camera roll, and upload. No app to install, no account to create.
How long are photos stored?+
12 months after your wedding date. We'll email you before they're deleted so you have time to download.
Can guests download photos?+
Yes. If you share the gallery link, guests can browse and download any photo individually.
What photo formats are supported?+
JPG, PNG, and HEIC (the default iPhone format). Videos: MP4, MOV, and most common formats.
Is there a limit on photos?+
No. Upload as many photos as your guests want to share — unlimited.
Can I upgrade from Photo to Photo + Video?+
Yes. You can upgrade any time from your dashboard.
What happens after 12 months?+
Photos are permanently deleted. We send a reminder email beforehand so nothing is lost without warning.
