At ClickVow we treat your wedding data with the same care you'd expect from a trusted friend. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.
What we collect
- Your email address (for sign-in and account communication)
- Your wedding details (couple names, date, venue, time zone)
- Photos and videos uploaded by you and your guests
- Payment confirmation from Stripe (we never see your card details)
How we use it
- To provide the ClickVow service — galleries, QR codes, downloads
- To send account, payment, and storage-expiry emails
- To improve the product through aggregate, anonymous usage stats
We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
Storage
Photos and videos are stored on Cloudflare R2 in encrypted form and retained for 12 months after your wedding date. After that period, all media is permanently deleted. You'll receive an email reminder before deletion so you have time to download everything.
Your rights
You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We'll respond within 30 days.
