By creating an event on ClickVow, you agree to the terms below. They're written in plain English because legalese doesn't belong at a wedding.
The service
ClickVow provides a QR-code-based photo (and optionally video) sharing platform for weddings. Guests scan a QR code to upload media to a private gallery owned by the couple.
Payment
- One-time payment of $29 (Photo) or $49 (Photo + Video) per event.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Full refund available within 48 hours of purchase, provided no photos have been uploaded. See our Refund Policy.
- No refunds after 48 hours or after the first upload.
Your responsibilities
- You own the content you and your guests upload.
- You're responsible for obtaining guest consent to share their photos.
- You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove such content and terminate accounts that violate this.
Storage
Photos and videos are stored for 12 months after your wedding date, then permanently deleted. Download everything you want to keep before the deadline.
Liability
ClickVow is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
