Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with ClickVow. Here's how refunds work.

Full refund

You can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, as long as no photos have been uploaded to your gallery yet.

No refund

• After 48 hours from purchase, or
• Once the first photo has been uploaded — by you or any guest.

This protects us from misuse where the service has already been substantially delivered.

How to request a refund

Email support@clickvow.com from the address you used to sign up, with your event details. We'll process eligible refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
